This weekend I got to stretch my editorial legs and jump back on the fashion shooting train. It's definitely been awhile. I suppose I missed it, the intensity that can come through with fashion photography. It's definitely a nice change of pace where my normal style is involved. It's always good to break out of the box and shoot stuff that I don't normally do. I had so much fun, I'm considering making it a habit :)
These were shot at Crandon Park, after waiting out a pretty heavy storm and hiding under a shelter until it passed. Typical miami weather though, torrential as it was, it cleared up soon enough. I love shooting when it's overcast, it really helps cut out Miamis annoying sun that I find pretty harsh most times.
The clothing you see was designed by my friend, you can see more of her stuff on her site, dvorahivyfashion.com. Our model is Vitaliy. He made my job pretty easy honestly, this wasn't his first rodeo :)
these are my favorites. I hope you enjoy! As always, the full set is on my Facebook page. Thanks for stopping by!
